Fantasyland

Fantasyland forms the heart of Disneyland, with themes derived from Disney's beloved animated films. Indeed, the Castle remains the iconic image for the Disney parks and The Walt Disney Company itself. Drawings of castles run the gamut from horizontal to more vertical, from light in mood to dark, and from futuristic to archaeologically correct. All are uninhibitedly romantic, reminding us that Disneyland is a world designed to stimulate emotion through architecture.
