
The design team began by defining the problem. They studied how phones were made, how they looked, and how people used them. They identified many problems that could be solved through a new design.
Then, the team challenged their imaginations through a brainstorming exercise. They played with all possibilities for a new phone design: What if we changed the shape? What if all the edges were rounded? What if we added color?
