Limited Editions in Design: Fernando and Humberto Campana

Trans... chair prints are the Campana Brothers' first print project and the latest installment of the Shop's Museum Souvenir program, a series of unique, specially-commissioned projects which invite artists and designers to investigate and develop a new genre of museum souvenirs. Featuring sketches of their recently completed Trans... chair, the work is an edition of 50 prints and 5 artist proofs, each including three distinct, signed and numbered archival pigment prints in a custom designed portfolio. The Trans... chair, designed specifically for Cooper-Hewitt, is currently on view at the Museum's Campana Brothers Select: Works from the Permanent Collection (through August 24, 2008).

Limited Editions in Design, a benefit of National Design Council Membership, offers Members an advance opportunity to purchase a selected design object exclusive to The Shop at Cooper-Hewitt.
