It was an exciting moment for MOUSE Corps Students when a surprise visit from Bill Moggridge left them awestruck and inspired. An innovative youth development program, MOUSE Corps prepares high school students for future educational and professional roles by providing opportunities for in-depth technology projects. One of many programs through MOUSE includes a student-led design and social action project called MOUSE Corps Legacy Project aimed at applying students’ skills and expertise to local and global needs through technology and multimedia.
This year Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum is taking part in this innovative project by providing MOUSE Corps Legacy students the opportunity to learn about how design can affect and improve the community.
