Drop-In Sketching in the Galleries
Experience Cooper Hewitt’s collection and exhibitions through drawing! In this session, we’ll sketch in Acquired! Shaping the National Design Collection, an exhibition that highlights how Cooper Hewitt acquires new objects to shape the collection to better reflect current issues and design’s evolving role in daily interactions. The exhibition has over 150 works on view – which ones will you sketch?
Drawing prompts, seating, and materials will be provided. Drawing will also be available in the Cooper Hewitt Garden, weather permitting. Space is limited; first come, first served.
